We are your host and service provider and we take this responsibility very seriously. We are actively available to answer all your questions about your participation.
As of April 2, 2022 most Covid-19 restrictions on everyday life and for hosting conferences have been lifted. The new nationwide legal framework provides only a few general protective measures. In almost all federal states including Hessen, masks are now mandatory only in doctors’ surgeries, nursing homes, hospitals, buses and trains. The current regulations in Germany and specifically in the state of Hessen do not include any access restrictions. In order to participate in our conferences you currently do not need to show any evidence in form of Covid-19 vaccination, negative tests or similar. In case of changes we will of course inform you in time.
Health
We kindly ask you to make your visit only if you are in good health. If you feel unwell during the conference, please contact us or your hotel reception immediately by phone or email. We will then be happy to help you.
Cancellations due to health reasons can be cancelled free of charge at any time with a medical certificate. If a participant is demonstrably unable to attend due to travel restrictions, he/she has the option of converting the attendance participation into a digital participation (if this is offered). Any cost differences will be reimbursed.
Hand washing
We strongly recommend frequent and thorough hand washing. Hand washing and disinfection facilities designed with social distancing in mind are available for you.
Sneezing and coughing
We kindly ask you to follow the usual etiquette regarding sneezing and coughing.
Disinfection and cleaning
For your safety, we will regularly clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. tables, handrails, door handles) as well as our sanitary facilities at more frequent intervals. You will find hand washing and disinfection facilities designed with social distancing in mind at all important places at the conference area.

Conferences thrive on common ground, on discussions and encounters. This also applies in times of pandemics and for Automotive Circle. We will make sure that all this takes place with the usual intensity and emotionality by creating safe, contemporary conditions. Thus, Automotive Circle conferences remain an experience for everyone!
We are your host and service provider and we take this responsibility very seriously. We are actively available to answer all your questions about your participation. We want you to feel comfortable, from the moment you decide to take part in conference until long after your departure. We will organise a professional and practical framework so that you can relax and enjoy your participation. We always do this, but this time of course with even more emphasis in view of the pandemic situation.
We have developed a comprehensive, reliable and practicable concept. Our bundle of measures takes the official requirements as a starting point and implements them intelligently.
Simultaneously we support ALL parties effectively that are involved in each conference – visitors and exhibitors, set-up teams, service providers and partners. We do not leave you alone with Covid-19 but offer an allround service. Together we will plan for a modern, successful and safe conference.
What we do for you as a participant:
- We implement Covid-19 requirements effectively, intelligently and practically. Your conference experience takes centre-stage.
- We are making more space available – for conversations, encounters and movement.
- Highest hygiene-standards: It goes without saying that we provide comprehensive security everywhere on the conference area, for everyone – visitors, exhibitors, service-teams. All of them. Always. Everywhere.
As the conditions adapt very quickly to the current pandemic situation, we will inform you about the current regulations approximately 2-3 weeks before the conference in detail.
Documents needed for admission
No special documents needed for admission.
Social distancing
We will ensure that your participation in the conference is safe – from the individual planning of the entrance situation and the enlargement of areas to optimised entrance and exit management for the conference area.
Face coverings
Please note that the regulations regarding the obligation to wear masks are continuously adapted to the current legal requirements. Therefore, please inform yourself about the current regulations promptly before the start of the event. We will continuously check whether and to what extent it is necessary to wear a face covering.

If you have been in contact with anyone infected with SARS-CoV-2 within the past 14 days or if you have symptoms of a respiratory tract infection or have an elevated temperature, this will unfortunately preclude you from attending the conference. If you feel unwell during the conference, please contact us or your hotel reception immediately by phone or email. We will then be happy to help you.
Catering
Together with the conference venue, we have drawn up a comprehensive concept of catering during the conference that at least meets the legal requirements of the current situation.
